In Living Color Ltd.® is a Hong Kong registered company and has its production facilities in Indonesia.
The terms and conditions of In Living Color Ltd.® are as follows:
Production lead times: Production estimates vary depending on the size of the order and production variables involved.
A two (2) month lead-time is generally required to produce a 40' container load.
Sample orders: For custom sample orders a 6 weeks lead-time is usually required for production.
Terms: Production estimates are based on the time from when final approval and a deposit is secured, to the time when the order is ready for shipment.
Loadability estimates are based on packaging of goods and are ex warehouse.
Additional costs resulting from special packing/fumigation or other requests will be charged and added to the shipping charges.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
Payment: A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
A 50% balance payment is due prior to shipping goods, upon readiness of shipment.
Payment can be done by TT (telegraphic transfer) at our banking facilities (see below) with a copy send to the office

We can arrange for your goods to be shipped, however shipping charges are to be quoted separately and the invoice for this will have to be settled prior to shipping or collect if preferred.
